PM'd Skygear, posting here as well.

Still missing the mounting bracket for my box. I have the box, he installed it, so I'm lucky in that regard... just need to keep it mounted securely in the truck.

I believe @Yotamac made the brackets, idk what kind of deal they had struck though.

Interesting, okay. I'm going through my emails and such to see what I have documented.

edit: Yeah, I paid Mike for the box and everything back on Mar 20, including an itemized mounting bracket for $50.

I remember that shit, back then he went on my "full potato" list...I know people with real money that would never buy any of that and if, wouldn't brag about how much they spent on basic stuff.
But hey, at least he stayed warm while trying to scam people

My attire, cooking utensils and other gear. - There was a time when I did have money. Products with great warranty can and do get exchanged for new when and if they have issues. Difference between a cheap item and quality item. Some of you have nice things and when they are broken or have issues, instead of using the warranty in place, you discard them or are unaware of what you actually have. We are poor now, and we still have some nice things from when we did have money. Price point of what they retail for and what someone pays for them also is a factor. WOOT has had some great deals on things. Partner steel stove was an investment. Neighbor crashed into my truck. Instead of using a body shop, I did the work myself. Used a small portion of the money for the stove and fuel. Looking at the all clad items again for someone that is interested in finally getting quality gear instead of wasting money on throwaways. Was enlisted to do help in the decision making process with recommendations and point of acquisition. Turns out that they are having a factory direct sale and a great opportunity for ANYONE to get some great pots and pans

As for the trips. We were invited, and fuel was partially covered.

This is interesting. He bought a batch of plates from me. If I recall correctly, he told me he needed a batch of plates to give to people as a bonus for disappearing on people/ orders again. I cut him a deal on the plates to give them out not so he could mark them up and resale them. The other thing that gets me is he asked me like he did another member if I would accept bitcoins.
I'm glad to see mods limiting his exposure to other prospective customers.
