Hey guys I'm new to this forum I have a lot of questions when it comes to my truck hopefully you guys can answer some of them.
Right now I'm looking to buy me some new wheels, only the wheels. The ones I'm most interested ins get some 20x10 or 20x12 wheels I want them to stick out as much as possible but my truck isn't lifted yet. Do you guys know what would be best to buy if with a 3" lift?

Welcome to tw  I wouldn't say much without a lift. Will you lift it eventually?

Welcome to TW! If you're wanting to take the truck off-road, stay away from 20" wheels. The majority of members will recommend 16-17" wheels for off-roading purposes. 16" will give you a bigger sidewall compared to the 17's, but it's all personal preference. Good luck!

Prerunner will kick ass offroad. Check out this member's build:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-rectified-prerunner-build.155157/

Or chat with ODNAREM (member's post above) to see the offroad capabilities of the prerunner before you make final decision on wheels.
Seems like you like the look of the 20 inch wheels, but I wanted you to have all the info for your decision.

Good luck and welcome to the site!
