    2019 f250 6”lift 37s deleted 1997 T4r, tons and 4ds
    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
    Just order some. I had to rig a lathe to make them smaller but if I remember right it was m10x1.5 I wanna say length depends on if you keep the overload

    Also is there a difference between 3 and 4 leafs? I don't think I'm going to run the overload but haven't decided yet. And pros/cons for that either?

    Cons of no overload leaf ....... Axle wrap. If you aren't planning on running a Trac bar and/or valving your shocks stiffer while mounting them both forward to accommodate for this then I would recommend running an overload

    Diameter is same, length is a little shorter without overload. Gonna need to cut it down anyways so a little too long isn't bad but make sure the threads go down enough.

    Since I didn't take mine apart I am not sure about the outer holders

    You don't need the overload to prevent axle wrap and you don't need a track bar either. With 3 leafs you will have plenty of flex and payload.

    No a track bar isn't necessary. The leaves are plenty thick enough to resist kinking. Also you can try using the factory Chevy overload leaf, but cut the leaf flush at the rear of the spring pad and leave the front about 8" long or so. This will help prevent any axle wrap.

    That's a whole different animal. Spring under... Lots of uptravel. This setup makes for lots of downtravel, less uptravel.
    If you wanna Go fast and jump, go spring under. If you want to flex like crazy and have more versatility for load carrying and lift, go Chevy 63s.

    Decided Im sick of my Dakars and going this route, two questions I have a ATO shackle flip now, so that will no longer be needed/or able to be used correct if use Ruff Stuff kit? I hate my Dakars due to the sagging when trailer hooked up (pulling my 81 truck) which Chevy 63 setup best for limited sagging? (if need I would give some flex for better towing)

    Correct, all stock mounts including leaf spring hangers and shocks will be cut off. For rear shackle hangers you need to make an out rigger lik this. They will definitely help with sagging

    Well at least, ill be able to sell my dakars, shackle flip kit, and Firestone airbags to help with cost, my local pick n pull leaf springs are around 35 each
