What add-ons would you recommend?

Whats up fellow Tacoma drivers! I recently picked up a 2016 DC Inferno Sport 4x4. Now, I purchased it with no dealer add-ons do to cost and really looking for the best "bang" for the buck product. Here are a couple things that I am looking into getting. Suggestions on style, company, price plus fitment and look (pics)would be great.

1) Steps??

2)Hitch?? I saw a couple nice ones that would help from people parking a little to close from behind that were nice, not sure where they got them.

3) Protector steps thingy? I noticed that their is a good size gap from stepping of the truck that would be easily scratch by anyone, driver and passengers.

4) Mud Flaps? I would love to get me some Rally Armor Flaps, love them on my Evo but Rally doesn't have them on their website. What other companies make them for the Tacomas?

Any other small add-ons that's "most" let me know with pics ! Thanks!

I'm selling custom made 2016 grilles:



I can paint it any colour you want, add a custom logo of your choice using my own Crayola's, and even nail an LED light bar to it.

 

I did the LED lights - interior etc, the Taco door sill protectors, console organizer, weather floor mats, installed power for radar detector and usb power up to the go pro mount. Looking for a new bumper assembly that I can mount a winch on it. Maybe next year will lift and put on new rims and tires.

 

Mud flaps/guards, side door moldings to protect from door dings, door edge guards also to protect from paint chips.

 

If you plan on putting stuff in the bed of the truck, get a bed mat.

 

I highly recommend the bed mat as well. I have a 2014, but if the new ones have the same plastic bed as mine does, then the rubber bed mat is the first thing you should do. Before I added it, stuff would fly around the bed every time I would stop or accelerate (dog, groceries, etc.). The rubber mat grips and keeps whatever you have back there from sliding all over the place.

 

Yep, both have the same composite style bed. Super slick when you put stuff back there. The rubber mat comes in handy for sure. Just toss it in and forget about it.

 

Bed mat is a must have. The second gen mat fits perfectly and is available under $100 on Amazon. Don't let that fitment guide lie to you, it really does fit.

 

HomeLink rearview mirror, nerf bars, electric tailgate lock, vinyl lettering for tailgate, door sill protectors, WeatherTech floor mats, bumper step that fits in receiver, K&N air filter, spare tire lock, locking lug nuts, and I think that is all I have done so far.
