Installed Cooper At/3's (265/70R16) and ProComp 7089 Rims. Tinted front windows. Did the Fog Light Anytime mod. Did the tailgate mod. Added running boards. Adding sound Deadening from RAAMaudio. Replacing stock speakers with Polk Audio DB6501's.
It was "OK". I liked the 2015 better (it's a truck)!

I'd recommend looking at new '15s; however, I'm bias and not a fan of the '16s at all. I got my base model '15 PreRunner for around $23k last summer as they were 'clearing house' and getting the '16s.

However, your truck and your money. Just my two cents. :)

Let us know what you end up doing!

IDK if anyone else said it but 31K is way too much for a used 14 IMO. Hell that's what I paid for my 2015 when new.

That's what I thought and they weren't budging, that is until I told them I was getting a new truck instead. And still they only offered slightly more for my trade in and not anything off the price of the 2014. I'm happy wih my decision.

Yeah I agree. I bought the 13 before the 16 was even mentioned. "My" personal rationale is the 4.0 is a proven engine. Sure every vehicle has a chance of having issues but (so far) mine has been perfect. I "think" I got the last "fully" loaded OR since in 14 they started removing some of the things that were included in the 13 (rear view mirror "pun intended") was one of them. I've really got noting bad to say about the 16's other than I'm "personally" not a fan of the looks but in time that will grow on me and once the aftermarket catches up with them I think there will be some pretty awesome builds come out of these. I've seen a few running around town now and other than the grill it doesn't look to be that much of a drastic difference. I really like the headlights but I've heard of the constant shifting and the low end torque is not quite the same. I'm glad I got mine when I did and plan on holding on to it until the wheels fall off (hopefully a long time from now). I've got it built up just like "I" want it and it is the only vehicle I've ever owned that I actually have a emotional attachment too.

Drive both. If you do that I think you will go with a 16'. 2015 might be tough to find depending where you live.
