On my 2002 DCSB TRD I have my skid plates, I know this. Right in front of those is there supposed to be something there? The bottom part of my bumper has tabs with pre drilled holes on the tabs like there should be a engine splash guard there.

If it's anything like my 98, those are supposed to be secured to your frame with push clips. I just used zip ties after breaking the clips.

I think he is referring to the little tabs on the outer edge of the 01+. these little tabs that are just there. this is the closest pic I could find

I dunno... he says "right in front of the skid plates." To me that references the longer tabs in the middle of the valence, which is what I have zip tied to my frame.
