I have a Snugtop shell with Thule tracks on it and I'm planning on building a custom rack for a roof top tent. Has anyone ever done this before? Any suggestions for mounting hardware for the tracks?

Prinsu makes a rack for canopies that a lot of people have/like, might want to look at those for inspiration

can anyone help me? im looking for the height dimensions of your average bed rack (or from bed rails to top of the cab) i looked at pelfreybilt where i had my first rack made and his product has changed significantly. all pro's website did not have dimensions.

im half a world away and trying to guestimate a few things if anyone has the info or can go measure id greatly appreciate it.

we actually use blankets and sheets instead of sleeping bags.

or, hot water bottles is a little 3rd world secret my wife brought from Brazil.
We have two of them and when camping in winter just fill with hot water and put by our feet or she will actually hug one all night.
