My DCORSBAT 4x4v6 Quicksand was ordered on October 17 and was built on 11/18/15 - on the truck, expected in Seattle on 12/09/15, or several days sooner.

Denver2890 give us some lift and wheel/tires details. Your ride looks really cool.

Haven't posted them up yet but plan on getting some good photos this weekend of it in use and of the suspension.

Just installed an Icon stage 3 kit with tubular UCA, the TRD pro rims 17x7, and some 285/70/17 BFG KO2's.

Just ordered Pelfrey 4 part skid package last week as well. She's slowing coming together. Also spoke to Insain fab and got an estimate of ~30 days until they start shipping the tube bumper that they had on the white sema truck posted on here. plan to have one of those shipped ASAP.

Thing of beauty. I'd love more pictures. Straight-on side shot in particular.

Looks great! Any chance you could give us a pic standing next to it? I have to weigh the reality of having a short wife and 4 short kids... Thanks!

BUILD THREAD! BUILD THREAD! BUILD THREAD!

*Pretty Please* It would be much easier than crisscrossing the forum for your pictures and info. I'd very much like to follow your build.

I may not get there, but you are heading where'd I'd like to go with my truck. Once mine comes in I'll be at the same starting point. I think I'll give it some time before I go all-in to see what I think of it stock and how I actually use it in reality.

I have been thinking about starting a build thread for this one. Once my skids and front bumper come in I'll take some photos of the install then write up the start to that thread!

I know an all black rim is a sure thing on the QS OR build.

Anyone have thoughts on these Method's with a machined front?

I think I would have to see them on one to be sure or at least photo-shopped. I love the look but not sure if in the end it would fit the look on the QS vs an all black.

These silver Methods I would say yes...the bronze bolts match...and the stock wheels have silver on the OR and it goes great with the QS...these will emphasize the wheel and your eye will be drawn to it as you scan the Taco...very nice and dramatic wheels...

Can you get some pics of the inside cv boot? Does it look like it'll eventually wear through with the 3" of lift? Beautiful truck man

Yeah, I found one last set of the 265/75's in a C (backorder most places) and decided to go with them.
