886 coils won't break things. But they are designed for use with weight added up front (winch, bumper, etc). So the ride will be very stiff without adding extra weight to the front end.

The 886 coils should fetch the 2.5" lift you desire. As for the 5100s I'm not sure what settings you should use. Don't know their stuff! :)

5100s will be set to 0 with 886s. I would wait on the swaybar relocate until after you have the lift installed because you might not need it. Some people just take them off completely for better suspension articulation (I'm one of those peoples).

Which top plate spacer do you guys recommend to run with 886s to achieve the full 3"? I have the Pelfreybilt steel bumper and IFS, planning on a winch in the future. Is it safe to assume 1/2" as reports are 886s will give 2.5" of lift?

The 10mm is supposed to give you 1/2-5/8" extra so yes, with that much weight up front you'll want to run those to get 3" of lift.

Nitro sport 9000 woth 885 coils.
Dakars in back with overload spring removed. I did install the 5mm trim packer but its still an inch lower on driver side w half tank of gas. There was an OSBGC after install. I noticed that the plastic sleeves on the front struts were able to slide up and down a bit. So after i took it in for alignment they said i was missing a washer in the front struts under the top mounting plate. So they fixed that too which solved the plastic sleeve movement. Now it doesnt move and theres no OSBGC!!!!!!
