    Hi All,

Been shopping for a Tacoma for over a year, finally got a 4x4 SR5 about two months ago. Now it's time for the mods.

Picked up a used 3" suspension lift (unknown brand name, looks like it was painted black for some reason, but no leaks and seemed to be in good shape) and a set of crappy Weld (I think) rims on craigslist. They are not permanent, but for the money well worth the investment. They also got me up, and out on the trails and ready for snow this winter.

I'm sure I'll be asking newb questions in no time! Here are some pics the day we got done installing the lift kit. I guess it was about two weeks ago.

Rides smooth, i was really surprised!

Here are the crappy iPhone pics. You can see my mk3 VR6 Gti too!

    Thanks everybody!

From the pics you can't tell the rims are in pretty rough shape. I might rattle can them flat black for now and when the tires need change, powder coat them.

I do have my first newb question though. Both parking lights by the headlights are out and it looks like there is a lot of condensation in the housing.

    1. How do you get these corner parking lights out without removing the entire freaking headlight and grill?

    2. Any ideas on how to seal these so they don't get (my girlfriend hates this word) moist again?

    Cheers!
