    As for install tools......... Urd install tool, heated pulley, boa strap wrench, proper size wrench, and oil were used.

    u wouldn't sell many jetta turbo diesels if u told ppl they aren't carb leg
    if shit hits the fan, u can have it on ur shoulders or have them take the weight.......

    The pulley swap is SOOOOOO easy! Any locals interested in doing it, hit me up, takes all of 20 minutes, 15 of which waiting on the pulley to warm up in the oven, 3 of which to get everything prepped.

    From what my research has told me you can change to the 2.85 with no issues but if you go any smaller you will need to trim the nosecone of the super AND upgrade your fuel system. It also seems like the 2.85 pulley will actually IMPROVE your AFR

    Well, from personal experience, it depends on your mods. If you have stock everything and do the pulley, youll be fine, but then youre just choking your SC. I love my set up, just need to install headers and get a new clutch that can handle the power! With my set up, I notice a power cut out every so often that i'm pretty sure is the fuel pump running out of output at full power. Only notice it under full WOT when I'm really letting the revs go high in 4th and 5th. Theres no yes or no answer to the fuel pump question. It all depends on your setup and if you're out powering the stock pump.

    Yep, and my AFR doesnt change during the drop outs, wondering if its an ECM line out that prevents a lean out when the fuel pump cant keep up. Its not so much a power loss as it just lines out and maintains for a few seconds until I let off or change gears
