Ok big decition here do we want our own private area where we have a catered event and people show up and we got beer and food all laid out in our own space or do we all want to show up as a huge group and get our own stuff? the lady at Stone called me back and is sending me menus now for private party stuff and would have a per person cost. If not she said with a group the size of what we have coming in without reservation on the weekend would be hell and really hard to get everybody together. I will get the menus and per person cost posted shortly once I receive the email but want to know your opinions.
    1. Per person cost, catered event, private area, personal staff serving just us.
    2. Everybody show up hang out possibly wait a little while to be served at least and get your own stuff.

I think you can edit your poll, but I'm ok with option 2.

The per person cost from Stone is probably going to be expensive so I'd go with number 2. Plus you can always hang out in the courtyard if you don't mind standing.

    Just an idea...
From past experience if you set up the meet before the restaurant opening time, we have time to hang in the parking lot and enter when they open. Typically there's not a big line when restaurants open. Giving the manager a heads up that you'll have a hand full of people there when they open is usually appreciated. if they open at 11:00 start the meet at 10:30. 1/2hr wait time to b/s and no wait to eat.

Do they have a bar area where people can just fart around.

Good call bro!Place is huge but people make reservations like you wouldn't believe!Bar area is very big but who knows if the TW meet peeps could take it over! From what i understand also the bar food is seperate portions from the main menu at Stone.

John(@sladesdaddy1022)option 2 is the best way to go!Gives all the TW members there own options without having to be required to pay for a package plan that Stone might offer.Read what Oscar(@BLKTRUCK)posted above and what i quoted him. We've teamed up and done meets before. You know that.

I like option 2 better myself but just thought I'd throw the other idea out there plus option 1 is alot of out of pocket money for me and my neck on the line if we don't meet there reqirements
From the looks of things if I were to guess it's something like 50 bux a person so yes expensive as hell haha and I'd rather hang out and stand around makes you be a little more social
This is a great idea and they have a huge beer garden and I was told if I plan on having this many people show up they will give me contact info to the manager on duty to let him know so they can add staff
Sounds like #2 is going to be the best bet so everybody can do they're own thing I will contact this lady tomorrow and get the managers # to set up with stone I will look up the times and make the adjustments as they are needed
