    Have had this one nine years, a month from yesterday. Best grocery getter money can buy and it even has three pedals with a 6 speed. It's only the 4th car I've had since 1980.

    I had a 72 SS 454 El Camino. In high school, a friend's dad had a 71 SS 454 El Camino. One of my mom's friends had a 440 Superbird. The 'Bird was sold for basicly chump change:(

    There's a guy down in Huntington Beach, CA area that's got one of those RS4's, with a V8 with the greatest exhaust notes I have ever heard. It's a deep violent version of what the Jags/Astins sound like at speed. So awesome...

    As a kid, I remember filling stations (as they were called then) ran specials at 5 gallons for a dollar. And they checked your oil, your tires, and cleaned your windshield.
    With a smile not an attitude, I might add.

    Im right there with ya man! I pass one for sale every single day headed to and from work at a job that will never pay me enough to buy it!!!!! haha. It's at a place called Gore's Corvette World in Mauldin SC. I have not even had the guts to stop and see what the price is but I know it is more than I have. This guy specializes in restoring classic cars the right way.
