No they did not.. the tech did say I should take it and have someone clean it up and spray it though but I was confused why they didn't say anything about theirs? The previous owner had it sprayed from a dealer and it flaked off pretty quick so I'm thinking about cleaning it myself and Fluid Filming it. Wonder if that will void the warranty though?

Hit me up if you plan on doing sliders/skids in the near future. My buddy's Dad said he'd weld sliders on for free but if you had bigger plans for sliders n skids in the nearer future than he was available I'd be willing to go in on some DOM (as I'm sure a few others here would as well!)

At least it's sitting in the garage with some sort of dirt on it rather than being on blocks

And as to your sliders, don't bother to waste your money on DOM. HREW will do the trick especially if it's welded to the frame

But what do I know.. I don't wheel!

Oh, no, you must be mistaken. My truck is the red thing on the right. You're probably looking at Anna. Also, hands off.:smack:

Definitely plan on building some but it might take a little while.. We build lots of handrails and buy everything in bulk so we use all DOM. Steel prices right now are really low so price isn't that big of a deal. The mill scale on the HREW tears up the dies on our bender.

No, I returned the truck to its rightful owner. I did, however, give him a small token of my appreciation. I am very gracious for his kindness. I was able to get my boys to school, to lacrosse, to hockey and to their great grandfathers funeral. It was so awesome for him to do that for me!
