Just bs in this thread. Welcome to sd. You want to check out the San Diego meet thread for that. It is mostly desert runs but there are a bunch of 4x4 guys that do some stuff. All the good stuff is in the desert with just a few local trails to choose from.

Wow, brings back a lot of memories. Used to take my '94 standard cab through there twenty years ago. Watching the video of the drop off brought back the pucker factor all these years later! Thanks for posting those vids.

I've looked into it. I'm a desert rat so I'm not sure if I want to build it for LT or a KOH kind of mid-travel SAS,

mid travels not bad. You will be able to do a lot with it. You won't be able to fly over whoops but miles above stock

Stupid amount of money to build a fully built truck like that. You could sell yours and buy Gabe are my truck :)

Yeah, I've been very impressed with what my truck was able to do in the boulders.

Seeing as its easier and cheaper to stay 2wd and go LT that's more than likely what ill be doing. I used to have a 7+ equal length ranger and loved it but tough times came and that had to go. I'm slowly getting back to being able to afford fun

and I would love to buy your truck but I don't have that much fun money!

Its easier to leave something stock when its something you'd be ashamed to mod in the first place... such as my 99 corolla.

I had a 99 Camry. I riced the hell out of it and owned it. It is a disease.
