    According to Scott at Icon and Jason at DeMello they are custom built. I've seen that length shock advertised on a few vendors sites. My guess is that the shock is common enough to advertise, but not common enough to be a production model.

    I ordered the U Bolt flip kit from @RelentlessFab to take advantage of their BF sale. I'm going with these bump stops and mounting them to the frame. Once I get the shocks installed I will test them out and trim the bump stops to fit.

    Relentless Armored! Too many others to list.
    They're a simple solution with the flip kit, drill a hole in the factory bump pad on the bottom of the frame rail and invert the bump stops so they utilize the top of the flip plate as the new bump pad.
    If you need a stock style solution for no flip kit then Timbrens or Wheelers Superbumps are probably where you should be looking
