I don't have a CDL but I did have to get a health cert to drive our new box truck. Air brakes, 26' long box and a GVW of 26k lbs, she is a hoss! International 5400 with a DT466 diesel motor and Allison 5 speed transmission. I am in it all day Tuesdays on the interstates and let me tell you what, I now understand why truck drivers drive so aggressively. People are ASSHOLES and have no idea how much it takes for us to stop.

I looked into it when I was laid off a lot of trucking companies offer to get you licensed but then you have to work for them at least a year and more than likely their gonna make you do long haul over the road runs gone for several days to weeks

Lol I don't expect 1000s off if they had a decent TV for 800 I would of gotten one this year most likely but they didnt. I want good specs and under a grand I'll just have to wait for the prices to drop more. My last TV is still going strong but I paid 1700 for it and I don't want to spend that much again but this one is 40" 1080p at 120hz why would I spend a grand for 55" 4k at the same refresh rate. I'm also one of the few that wants 3D still even though the only movie I have in 3D is the lion king. Don't judge me bitches lol

I agree. I use to own & operate a medium duty rollback/wheel lift with a CAT diesel and manual trans. People wont let you merge, constantly cutting you off. It sucked, especially in the city. But i do miss the $$$ i made with that truck and the deals on vehicles that i came across!
