    Buyouts don't include restrictions on coaching. he can coach anywhere he wants next year. They do only pay the net between his new salary and the buyout amount... So if the $15m buyout is paid over 10 years at $1.5m/year, but he gets a job making $1m/year, then La State only owes $500k/year. If he gets a job making $4m/year (which he should), they actually don't have to pay it out.

    I will say.... I want nothing to do with Oklahoma the way they're playing these days. That QB and those receivers would give our defense fits. Hopefully they'll be the #4 seed and play Clemmer first.

    I'd love for Alabama to play Notre Dame, Michigan State or Iowa.

    Yeah. I've said it before, but I'd sign a back-loaded contract that paid me $1/year through the buyout period, then paid a bunch afterwards. Make La State pay the whole f'ing amount.

    Iowa has to get through Mich State. I don't see that happening, though I'd love it b/c I have a cousin who is an Iowa fan and I'd like to have a little fun w/ him.

    Mich St could trip up Iowa...they've had a lot of magic in their hat this year


    I just hope we can get thru UNC unscathed...that game scares me right now bad...I hope the SC game was a wake up call to the Clemson D and they start playing like they did the first half of the season...letting a 3-9 SC team break off 3 big plays and run up 400 yards of offense...ridiculous

    I agree, was thinking the same thing. OU looks legit. Dangerous mobile QB that extends plays and can pass. A good set of receivers, a good D and sound play calling. Can't say I'm afraid of them, but I'd rather play Clemson or Iowa or whoever else gets in if things get mixed up, haha....
