    Early Christmas present from my folks!!! Told them about the Black Friday sales and well they got me a Mobtown front recovery bar and I bought myself a pelfrybilt front slider to go with it!!! It's gonna KILL me waiting till after christmas to put that recovery bar on!!! EXCITED!!!

    I like them tucked, and like Mike was saying you don't have to do as much as a hop in or out especially girls. But they get muddy and hot too.
    I'm gonna send you a pm Bill! And I have the Icon add a leafs currently so this I won't need, but thank you! I cannot wait to see your new setup! And that caveat your talking about I can just change that out for a longer one and be able to run 2-3" of lift right?

    I've seen some with a kick out and some with a steel plate welded on top. Any particular reason for those things?? Does the bent up not allow possible contact to your trucks body since it's closer? Girls.....why would I let a girl into my truck?? :)

    And mine have the kick out. I like it incase im in a tight squeeze they will be used to get my truck around a obstacle as a guide. Used them a couple times like that. Plus being easier to stand on to clean the top of the truck. And open/close the rtt

    Blech!!!! No girls allowed in the truck or RTT!!! Shit using them to stand on to clean the top of the truck which is a bitch for us shorties!!!! YES!!!! I'm still gonna need to sell my current bars before I get some sliders :)

    It's all about personal likes and your budget when getting the plate on top I guess it would also be a splash guard kinda. But I also have a kick out and use it like Snow tank said.

    Yeah just moving around the vehicle on top makes them useful. And with them sticking out further it helps with door dings. I usually park out at the back end of parking lots anyway but still there are ass hats at all ends of parking lots.

    Yes that was another question about door dents!!

    I guess the next question is who do you get them from. I've seen avid, BAMF, mobtown, pelfrybilt, relentless fab I believe it was all mentioned but not sure I can tell if one is any better than the other.

    Myself and a few others on here got em from KMFab (Tucson, AZ local) and I couldn't be happier! He currently isn't doing the fill plate yet however. Mine have the kickout and are angled up higher and tucked closer to the cab than any others he has built I believe.

    I have no idea. Our best deals I thought didn't really happen until you spent some money on the tvs. I wouldn't stand in line or be in the crowds if all I was saving was $20 for a tv.

    We killed Thursday, Friday we were under a ton and yesterday I'm sure we made nothing. It was a bad year for us overall. We sold most of our in store stock though.

    Mines were bolt on with full frame plates and when hitting whoops or ruts at speed it made the loudest metal on metal smacking noise you could imagine. So cut the plates off the fried them to the frame and no more clanking
