I will be getting a new digital AFR and a new LED boost gauge in the mail shortly and I'm wondering how you guys have your gauges wired up. I figure I can just put the ground wire wherever but I would like to put the power wire to somehow be linked in with the key switch so I don't need to have a separate switch for the gauges and it will turn on as soon as I turn the truck on. Maybe hook it up to the power wire for the radio or something?

Also, I would like to see where you guys have the bung welded in for the wideband

As well as some information about how difficult it is to cut the exhaust manifold and weld in the new bung. Keep in mind that I have the factory exhaust manifold, no headers (Yet)...

I also saw something about a calibrator, would that be necessary for me or is this thing pretty much plug and play?

There is a fuse panel in the cab left side of the steering column behind the coin pocket.
Pull coin pocket out. Refer to manual for fuse location.
buy a mini add a fuse and use in the "ignition" location for a 12v power
if you pull the dead pedal and door jamb side cover panel there are some good grounds bolts.
I am not familiar with that gauge so i am not sure what other wires it has

Do you have an AFR gauge installed in your truck? Another question that I have is where to mount the bung for the wideband. The only issue is that I still have factory exhaust other than my 3 inch Back.

Ground to ground, power to your ignition fuse using a $4 add-a-fuse. Works great. Super easy

I'm now looking to get that identical afr gauge by AEM. I know behind the coin tray are mini micro fuses. I'm gonna use a fuse tap add-a-fuse.......what fuse did you tap into???
