Orange County CAF's: up to no good

haven't been to big bear with anyone yet. ran it solo cause i'm a loner like that

 

No shame in that. I'd like to go though, I haven't done any trails in Bear before

 

How about this weekend? sat or sunday we can meet at 10am at starbucks 292 e. 40th street, san bernardino 92404 ?

 

Sunday works for me, lets get some more peeps in on this!

(I'm going to a show friday night so I might be dead on saturday, not sure yet) But if Saturday works for more people then I'll just shove my hangover under the rug & go. haha

 

I thought we did one that ended up in big bear. Maybe that was pilot rock

 

I'm down for Sunday if I'm not helping move

 

I've got an idea playing around in my head right now. Thought I'd gauge interest first.

Any interest in spending MLK weekend (middle of January) wheeling around Panamint Valley (western Death Valley)? What about President's weekend in February, or sometime in March or April?

LOTS more details to it than that, but I first need to know if there's interest.

REQUIRED equipment: 4x4, aftermarket skids (engine, trans, transfer case), at least one fuel can (or pay me $25 per can to haul around your extra fuel). I helps a LOT to have high clearance, but is not an attendance-killer like 4x4 and skids are.

 

If I get my 4x4 working I'm down

 

I can probably join in Sat.or Sun.!

 

It's also the house I'm moving into haha

I'm 2wd w/ locker. If anything changes, & there's 2wd trails included then I'm all in. Otherwise, oh well, & have fun! haha

I might be done for a trail ride up in Big Bear. What trail is it?

 

Well, 2wd will keep you off the most fun loop. But if you don't mind parking (and camping) separately at the foot of the trail, you can always ride along with someone. That way you can see who's got King Kong's balls as we go over Chicken Rock.

I've always been a metal guy!What i posted on there most recently was a amazing Ben Harper show though!There have been some other TW members who have posted as well!Primarily it's been TW members i know personally.
