I have a 2015 double cab 4WD TRD OR. Trying to get a good deal on some front 5100's today to level my rig. Shopping around, I'm seeing some sites that say they are compatible for a 2015, and some sites that say they aren't.... For example autoanything says they are only compatible for up to a 2014.

    Anyone have info on this?

    If they fit a 2014 Tacoma, they'll work for a 2015.

Simple as that? Thanks Fitz. Just had me paranoid that there was some reason they wouldn't work on a 2015.

I'm 99.9% sure nothing has changed with the suspension since '05. Definitely no difference between '14, and '15 (suspension wise).

    Where are you ordering from?

Auto Anything is a shady company doesn't know anything.

Buy from a reputable vendor like @HeadStrong Off-Road.

See the DownSouth website lists them as compatible for '05-14 also. Guess it's just not updated on certain websites for some reason...

5100s set on 0.0 with OME 883 coils will level the front

Ah yes just saw that, I am buying only the front shocks and it says 05-14. Whatever, just not updated correctly on many websites apparently.

Just purchased them. Ended up going with Headstrong for peace of mind. They were only $2 more than autoanything.

I can use the hardware from my stock shocks right? I have no mechanical knowledge on how to install these, so will be taking them to a shop. Anything else I need to buy or know first?

I'm pretty sure the shocks come with everything, as far as washers, and bushings. If they don't come with bushings, get some fresh ones.

they changed the lower shock mount on the rear axle on the 2015's for some reason (likely in conjuction with the new axles for the 2016 models so they could have one part to make) This will make some of the bigger shocks like OME N182's not work as they will hit the shock mount.... but otherwise a lil grinding with a flappy disk to clearance and you are fine...

That stated 5100's will bolt right up without issues from 05 - 16.
