So i called 4wheelparts today to ask them what tire size they put on the lifted tacoma sold at the dealership. The guy told me 305/70/17's and they install a diff drop to bring the alignment back in spec. he said the will assure if i got 305's they would not rub. I have a Bilstein 5100 on the highest setting plus a 3/8" spacer on top of that. No issues at all other then tires are wearing faster on the outside at about 50,000 miles. I just had discount tire flip the tires on the rims and they look great. What are yalls thoughts?

How exactly will rotating the differential, a non suspension related component, help your alignment numbers?

Also, 5100's on the highest setting plus an additional 3/8" spacer is going to kill your CV's regardless of a diff drop.

What offset wheel are you running to not rub anything with a 305/65/17? It must be magical?

I wonder if 4wheelparts can put a diff drop on my prerunner to help my alignment?

OP you need upper control arms. Your positive camber will continue to eat tires on the outside.

apparently according to them, they relief tension on the LCA and somehow effect the amber. No CV issues at all. the coil springs are stock and had 25k on them before i put the bilsteins on. the fins are not close, no binding issues, and no caster / toe issues. Also its exactly 3" settled down to about 2.8"(hub to fender measurement) cant get my camber exactly where i want it but its not eating tires up too bad. On turning i have 1.5" from the back of the wheel to the cab mount. and I'm running a 265/70/r17 at the moment i have no issues with 285's but a 295 or a 305 looks achievable.
