    I had some (what I like to call) Surf In Turf. I took some crab meat and stuffed it in some pork chops. It didn't turn out very well. Live and learn I suppose.

    Maybe grilling it would be better. I pan seared the pork first, then finished it in the oven. A lot of the water drained out from the crab and kind of ruined the taste of the pork.
