The same shit everyone else has.

Jeeze. I was out from about 7am til way after dark with zero sign of ice on my burning hot thermos of coffee.

Here in western PA, it was chilly - low 30*s - until the sun came out over the trees around 830am, then it warmed up fast to the mid/upper 40*s by 10am and then it was actually hot out. Nothing was moving at all all day long. It started getting cloudy around 3pm and rainy by 4pm and the temps dropped back down to the mid 30*s. This really got the deer going and they where everywhere. I shot my doe at 4:47pm after watching/stalking 4 of them for a good half hour.

All this reloading talk has got me wanting to load and shoot. I have a 500 yd range around me I usually shoot there.

Now some pics from a 1000yd shoot I shot in a few years ago at trout run / Williamsport.

My 50 was $2900 built east ridge gun co (state arms). But I didn't buy it for competition. And the glass is a $300 SWFA 10x scope. The other rds are for another 6.5x55 rifle. It's a savage 110 long action 30-06 receiver picked up used for 300 and a pacnor 6.5x55 stainless barrel shitty barska 40x scope for now. Havnt really got to test it yet though. Btw my best 5 shot group at 1k is 10 1/4". Not even close to some of the guys. But I've only shot at 1k twice and that was for the two competitions I tried.
