Thats why I liked the bed bars so much since they are so versatile in ways that a bed rack isn't. But then I like the weight distribution and looks of a bed rack better which has me going for that.. Both are good, can't go wrong with either! Do you leave them on all the time?

Ive had my CVT and bars on every day since I got it all about a month ago. Lol. Love it too much to take off. Makes the rear with my BOSS leaf pack smooth as butter.

I think the difference in weight distribution between bars and rack would be negligible.

haha oh okay, I bet it does make it ride like butter! I just took the drawers and crap out of my bed and notice the ride is a little stiffer.. But sounds like you need a high clearance rear bumper to make the ride smooth all the time  I guess your trailer helps too off road!

Plenty of places we can make day trips of for sure, but a camping/wheeling trip would be awesome. Did you stay in a hotel in Snohomish? Only one in Snohomish is the Snohomish Inn.. Trying to think of others that would have a view..

Shit.. I bet that shell and RTT make for a caddy ride! Lol

It's actually perfectly smooth right now with the RTT on. Even fully loaded with 3 people worth of gear, and that expo trailer, fully loaded (thats @Milota95 trailer) I was about an inch from my superbumps.. Which are about twice as tall as factory.. So still had some room.

Wow not bad. Im sure fully loaded im within an inch of my bump stops, after we fix them they'll be about 3" from touching without weight. But yeah it is a caddy ride full loaded! Every time I'm fully loaded I feel like I need a supercharger haha

I've actually been really impressed with these Toytec leafs. They have handled everything ive thrown at em. And fully loaded with the trailer is about as max as it gets. So its nice knowing the max essentially.

    What exactly are you fixing?

And yes... The supercharger does come in handy. Going through mountain passes pulling that trailer with 2 other guys in the truck and all our gear.. Passing people = priceless. :D

Edit: speak of the devil. Howdy Q. Lol

I need to extend my bump stops, my passenger side is fine but my driver side needs to be extended an inch or so, I guess when I had the shock relocation done the passenger side lower shock mounts are pointed down a little bit more than the driver giving just enough.

I so wish toyota still made the super charger.. After gears and locker i'd probably save up for that honestly.. Super charging at 135k miles wouldn't be to much of a problem would it?

What about if you guys are going through a really small town and they don't have premium? Can you run 87 octane if you aren't running it hard? Last summer in our big trip we came across many small towns that only had 87 octane

Ahhh ok. Didnt know you had the relocation done. Interesting. Quick fix?

I wouldnt think so.. People run blowers on trucks with more miles than that. I havent had a hiccup.. Granted im at 71k.. Probably only 20k of that with the blower.

As long as your top end is good.. Shouldn't have a problem.

I was contemplating a regear.. But idk if its really necessary. Maybe down the road when the truck becomes a dedicated trail toy.. Ill do a regear and front locker at the same time. Armor is first.

Yeah, just ground off (I had it welded to the strike plate on the frame) and extend the super bumps. Should be pretty quick.

I've thought about the URD SC but not going hard, I never drive my truck hard anyway, highest RPM I get to is 3k going up the pass which isn't to often.

Im adding front and rear lockers so I might as well regear, especially since ill probably go to 35's after this set.

I carry at least one 5 gallon jerry can all the time but if I had a SC i'd probably carry 2.
