    Actually that sounds like a good post to put on the ar15 forum. Your a college student doing a paper on how you believe registering each bullet will stop crime in inner cities. Would love to see the replies that gets

    We should put a serial # on each shell/ bullet for safety. Obviously that would stop crime, cause you'd be able to track the legally purchased ammo to the criminals LTC.

    Some stores do shit like that. Dicks tries to take and scan your LTC for ammo purchases. Bass Pro just looks at it, same with my local gun shop so I try to buy everything there.

    Actually I think new das-goverfuherer has made things slightly better. Iirc he did away with the whole class A restricted/ unrestricted nonsense. But the whole not being able to buy ammo online here in the DPRM is just stupid. No different than buying out of state imo.
