    There's an older guy at my gym who wears a compressed capt america shirt and leggings everytime I see him. He makes it look like Steve rogers didn't age well in the ice he was frozen in. Lol

    Try getting yourself some of the purple or green bands and setup the bench with weight on it and the bands. Your goal will be achieved really fast

    I just did it only with 225 with the purple double looped per side for 10x10 and i was so sore for a week across the entire peck. I hardly ever got sore before this

    Crossfit bands? I have a 10lb and a 30lb one I think (One is red and one is black). I used them on pull ups so I could do a muscle up. Nailed that task and haven't used them since. I'll give it a shot on the bench.

    Put it on both sides of the bar stretching under the bench right?

    I have seen people do that but i don't do that with these bands. Back in the day we used to have industrial bands that we managed to do that with but required a spot to help move the bar to the bottom as the starting point.

    Now I use the squat rack and setup the screw in dowels on the sides of the rack to wrap the band around

    Nah. I'm not THAT guy. I'm the guy that talked trash to the dude on roids, then bought a shirt with a juice box on it that says "No Added Juice". And the shirt with a bench on it that says "BenchWarmer". I don't do compression shirts. Not big enough/too fat for that shit.

    Ordered a bunch of protein again. I have been taking it whenever I have a "sweet tooth" to avoid eating cookies :laugh:. A buddy also gave me a brand new bottle of BPI BCAA. He didn't seem to like it I guess. I have never felt the need to take BCAA but free is free so I guess I'll see how I like it.
