I am surprised that the grease trick worked. I had a problem with grease being too thin and I used a slice of bread after a suggestion I saw on Yotatech

FYI Cody.. I'm not sure how different the 12+ are from the 05-11... but if its the same.. you're gonna have to separate your outer grill from the inner.. which are held together by melted tabs.. then do the same thing when re-assembling..

Fuck these headaches. It feels like someone's pulling down on my central nervous system if that even makes sense. I can't get anything done.

 

It was just a can of MP grease I had on the shelf, It was think stuff. At first I didn't think it was working, but for the first time in my life, I was patient and just kept put it in. Then I noticed it was moving out.

I don't have any bread otherwise I was considering using it. Also so strips of wet paper suggested.


Transmission is on a the jack and hanging from a ratchet strap. Two of the wholes are lined up, with long screw drivers, but the somebitch just doesn't want to go in. Doesn't help I am doing this by myself, just takes long to do little adjustments.



Taking a snack break and then I'll give it another go.
