    My Toyo dealer is quoting SIX month lead time for the frame. As for replacement criteria, 10mm perforation is all it takes.

    Mine looked a lot like yours when I took it in, the picture below is afterwards. Make friends with your tech, and use a ball point hammer....If its close, it will show.

    My inspection was June 19, 2015. I just got the call today, it is scheduled to be replaced December 18, 2015.

    Just had mine done, Toyota flat rates the change at 41 M/H. I dropped it off at 8@ Tuesday and it was done at 3P today. I was pretty amazed. I haven't had a chance to crawl under and look it over but everything seemed to work when I drove it home.

    Why do I got the feeling that eventually anything up to 2015 will eventually get this too. I wouldn't be surprise if the 2016 eventually rots too within the next many years or so. Toyota needs to find a better solution besides replacing frames. They need to just find a way to protect their frames more. Seal every nook and cranny with some sort of protectant paint/coating because all these replacement frames will eventually rust too.
