    Good to know, thanks.
The wife is getting closer to picking out her new ride.
She loves how the Tacoma holds its value. She"s very comfortable in the seats and enjoys the view from a taller vehicle. Her only complaint is the purchase price and mileage.
If she gets the Taco she wants a TRD OR DCSB in Silver or Quick Sand.
Surprisingly, she is also interested in the Prius v. She is attracted to the high mileage and is very comfortable behind the wheel. For a small car had the largest back seats as any car we looked at. When the seats are down there is a massive amount of cargo space. Research shows that customer satisfaction amongst Prius owners is very good.
The third choice seems to be a good mix / balance between the Prius and Tacoma. The Subaru Forester is a well respected AWD getting above 30mpg and very well equipped for the money. The original goal was to get a great winter weather vehicle (AWD) that she would enjoy driving anytime.
I know the Prius is only 2wd but she is driving a V8 RWD Crown Vic and hasn't gone in the ditch so the Prius is a large enough improvement to become an acceptable choice.
As of right now she is equally torn between the three. Me too,,,

A fair chunk of Toyota engines are rated for power on 91, and rated to run on 87. It makes no sense but it's how they do it.

^ Why would anyone buy that?
I don't think even hipsters would be interested.

Just got a build date for my 2016 double cab short bed trd off road in black with a manual transmission. Its slated to be built the week of Jan 25th. Anyone know how much longer after they usually deliver them. Or even how long it takes to build a truck.

Liking the truck a lot more than the gen2. Nearly 8K miles on it just rolling around Texas and no issues. Still buying stuff for it. Are you getting close on yours?

Hits port Friday. I'll be out of town next week, so I can't pick it up until next weekend.

Wait, 8K miles already? I don't do that in a year!

Retired and just burning fuel all over Texas. I have a ranch near Del Rio that I drive to very often.

You have a Tacoma? I say sway her towards the subaru. I'm sure the crown vic is a lot heavier than the pius. Subarus are fun cars to drive especially if you get any kinds of upgrades, then you won't be eating it at the pump with two trucks.

Subaru's aren't known for their mileage. Just saying.
