Partially because everyone always wants to shoot the biggest one, So it's an old gamey animal that's gonna taste like crap.

Edit: I always try pick one that appears to be under the 800lb mark, the meat is just better.

have you had a MRI done of your neck and brain?
I get migranes as well, all the time.....
i had a MRI done and they are pretty positive that they figured out what is going on. i have disk bulges in my neck that is pressing on something in my spine.... turns out a friend of mine had the same thing happen to her and once they fixed her up, she said her head aches were 99% better.
i go to arizona pain specalists in chandler, i just started going.. pretty excited to see if they can make them go away!

Actually, sex does not cure headaches. i have tried it. at least for me....
when your "done" the head ache becomes way more intense. every single time. if i have a head ache good luck getting me to have sex........

some people say it helps head aches. i guess it depends on why you get headaches in the first place.
i will tell you, that for me, cannabis DOES NOT help headaches. if i have a headache and i smoke it will just make it worse.... or if i smoke too much sometimes i think it causes a head ache....

Maybe it was like Beeler said and it was a big old elk. I was told it was a fresh catch. The meat wasn't even frozen. We made patties and grilled them up.
It's not the 1st time I've heard Elk to be super gamey. I've heard some grind pork in with it to cut the gamey taste.

usually depends on the age of the elk. Big difference in taste between a 2 year old and a 6 year old

I don't care what it was, peach cake.....you'd be my friend forever!!! FOREVER!!! Never get rid of me....maybe I'm not helping my case here to get some of that yumminess.

As I think the only licensed medical provider on this thread currently talking. LOL. Lots of interesting information being given out. Headaches can be caused by so many different things but if they are recurrent you should first see your GP if you have one followed by a Neurologist. The MRI when conservative treatment fails is a good idea. The other believe it or not is a chiropractor. I've gone to one for a while and my headaches went away once he adjusted my C1-C2 vertebrae. The second, caffeine can actually help headaches if they are vascular in nature. One of the all time headache recipes we use is Caffiene, Aspirin and Tylenol all together. Sometimes though if its from vasoconstriction caffeine will make it worse then you're looking at things like alpha blockers. But without a full exam by a provider it's going to be difficult if not impossible to help you.

As for the sex....the endorphins release are more potent than morphine.....but the BP elevation afterwards can make it so much worse. :(

    Excedrine FTW

My number one cause of headaches is always dehydration.

I'm assuming your a nurse practitioner?

I think most chiropractors are hacks. They making a living by short term treatments to get you back again and again. I know several people that love their chiropractor, they go every week for years.

I do see one, but he only specializes in the Blair technic. That focuses only on properly aligning C1-C3, taking pressure off the main nerves in your neck allow your brain to receive the full signals from the body. Giving it a better chance to heal itself. The body can fix almost anything if it is given the chance. His goal is to never see you again. Helped me after a few neurologists tried there magic. It's the only thing that helped my mom after she crack T3, in her back.

    Best cure for my migraine:

    Glass of V8
    Excedrin Migraine
Put on my motorcycle helmet with dark visor
Lay in bed with the room AC on set to cold as it goes.
Don't move until it goes away. Takes a few hours.

i go to a good chiropractor and it hasnt really helped.... i am going to continue to go though.
caffine definitely helps my head aches sometimes.

excedrine works pretty good for me like 1 out of 10 times. better than any other medicine i have taken.

a big cause of my head aches is also dehydraton. i for some reason cant get myself to drink enough water........

if i dont do something about my headache after 5-10 minutes, it will get worse and wont stop until the next day. but if i chug a bunch of water right when i feel a migrane coming, lay in a completely dark and cool room, completely quiet, i have decent chances of it going away.

its truely sad how many people are effected by migranes. they are the worst pain in the world.
mine get so bad sometimes i literally just lay there and cry cause im in so much pain and i just dont know what to do.
at that point the only thing that helps is the urgent care and get 2 shots in my tooshie....... :(
