My mom had the same issue. They found she had larger than avg sinuses and they were triggered by allergies. She ended up getting allergy shots and that was the fix for her migraines.

Next time you feel like that I'll come over and spoon with you.... @JohnNP can watch :)

Just busy. But she is an easy going baby. Sleeps 7 hours through the night without a peep out of her and she just turned three weeks today. Can't complain.

All of my friends with girl babies say that. She will make up for it in her teens though.

X2! Finally getting my truck camping setup together. Need to test it out by making awesome food and having plenty of cold drinks this time around.

    Yup....my area of practice is Emergency/Critical care/Pulmonology.

I'm a believer in multi-modal practice. If a drug works great. If a chiro works and makes it so you can take less drugs great. If a coffee enema and a Danish every morning works...fuck yeah.

The only way I've ever been able to drink enough is to get a 2L big hug and religiously fill it up and every day at work I make myself drink it. It's always with me.

You know we have mess that you can have for at home. Everything from zomig to beta blockers to self injectables that you can use to stop your migraines at home.

Sure watching. He can lay in bed and I'll snuggle with you !!! I call little spoon.....you sexy mo fo.

    OK!!!!!

Get a hydroflask or some other quality bottle and force yourself to keep sipping out of it. 2 of them a day (depending on size of the bottle). Ive been pretty bad about it recently but always having athe bottle with you helps you remember to drink more

There are apps for your phone, that remind you to drink and help track how much you have had. Some people need the help remembering.
