I am in the process of getting a new frame, and am trying to decide what to replace at that time. I am running All Pro Expo's in the rear, extended 5100's and 885X with 5100's and top plate spacers in the front. I put these on at 50K, and my truck has almost 220K of rough inner city pot hole filled miles, plus the occasional off roading we do. I would think it is a no brainer to replace it all, but nothing is leaking, and the suspension still rides great and the shocks are working fine. Looking for opinions as to whether I got my moneys worth and it's time to replace, or should I just leave it alone as nothing is broken and it appears to be working fine still. Thanks up front for any advice.

That's a tough question. But if it was me I would replace.

I'm kinda in the same scenario. My lower control arm bushings are shot and need to be replaces. So I went ahead and purchased LCA bushings, lower ball joints, new oem upper control arms, and outer tie rod ends. Figured I'd replace it all while I was in there.

Me being the frugal bastard that I am, I'd vote to save your money. Invest it, save for a future truck, spoil the wife and family, take a vacation, or donate it (to me! j/k).

Buy some takeoffs and simply replace the current ones. It's cheaper, so you wouldn't have to sink several thousands in suspension components. That's just my $0.02.

They wanted to know if my truck (2007) had the control arms replaced yet under the recall, said if not they would replace them also for no charge when doing the frame. I had not heard of this, and didn't listen close enough to hear if it was upper or lower ,anyone else hear about this part ? They also said they would do brake lines, and rear springs if I wanted, and they would be responsible to replace anything connected to the frame that they break doing the swap. They also said if I saved the receipts for the Dakars plus labor I put on my 2010, that is not getting a new frame, she could get me reimbursed for them. They seem to be pretty accommodating about this, and also said if there was any work I wanted done at that time there would be a reduced labor rate. With 220K it might be time to start thinking about replacing the stock clutch at least. Thanks on the opinions.

That sounds like you got a good deal going on. I would take advantage, especially for reduced labor rates.
