Well, I looked at a couple of bars and looked at the mounting are and getting a 30" or 32" mounted up will be easy as pie. Gonna try to find one local today. :)

I would love to see how the mounting is easy. Getting a 32 inch bar in is a pain and the mounting is still beyond me. Please post a picture of your results.

    Will do.

How're ever, and to your point, 32" will be tight because there is really only 33" of room. So if the mounting legs are on the end of the bar, effectively adding 2", it will not be possible and I will be at 30" max. If the mounting legs are attached under the bar, flush, and not on the ends, I will be at 32" max. It all depends on what, if any bar I can get my hands on locally.

As for it being easy, I just need two spacers or blocks of the correct thickness. As you no doubt have already discovered, there is a plastic/vinyl flap the runs parallel with bottom edge of grill. This surface is not sturdy but underneath it is steel, hence the spacers/blocks. This will allow for solid mounting.

I found the same thing. The plasticl lip seemed to limit how far forward I could mount the bar as well. Are you going to notch that plastic piece? Also, are you removing the grill? The hand room is so small that there is no way to get a drill into that location to drill mounting holes.

So it looks like I will be ordering something, nothing available local and the one custom shop around here wants to sell me a light bar with Swarovski crystals in it based on the price lol.

Now I like a quality product and I am not cheap but I also am not much for paying super premium price for a name. I never put a light bar in my Tundra or any other vehicle so I am not sure about quality benchmarks. I guess what I am asking is: what brands have the quality but do not have inflated prices due to a certain name brand. I don't care who makes it, so long as they are quality an not junk.

Also, I am looking for a light bar that provides flood light on the ends and spot/focused light in the center. I also want to avoid any "rice racer wannabe" blue/purple-ish lights if possible.

Any insights would be greatly appreciated because I do not really know what I am looking at in terms of brands. So far all I have figured out is that some are crazy expensive and some are suspiciously cheap.

I am really happy with my rigid 20" spot flood combo bar. Tlked to rigid rep in town once and he said all stores have to sell the rigid for the same price, and that it is the same price that is on the website. If that matters at all. Rigid may be pricey but theres a reason they own the light bar industry.

Does anyone have experience with the Super ATV 30 inch light bar, either the straight or the curved?

I have been looking for a light bar that can be turned on with white flood as well separately do an amber strobe warning light. Always thought it would be cool to have amber strobes available for safety or just fun.

Rigid doesn't have mounts for the 2016. We made the mount out of flat stock to get the bar exactly where we wanted

We wanted to light bar to look like it came from the factory with it on there. So in order to get the bar to sit just right we made our own brackets. If I remember correctly the 2015 mount left the bar sitting behind the lower grille and we actually trimmed out the plastic to have it sit flush

Don't tear apart the whole dash to remove your blank. It will pop out. I used my magic sick from work but you could just wrap a scraper in tape or a rag to protect the dash.
The wire harness kit I bought came with switch but it didn't fit in the clutch kill spot (sticks). I ordered a mictuning Toyota push button from Amazon for 12 bucks.
    Lights are freaking bright.

image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg 30" single row LED light bar fits perfectly in that factory spot. Anything bigger you will have to do more serious cutting. Can't forget my Sasquatch light switch.

30" straight bar. Fabbed up some mounts to make it work. May get the Sasquatch button though!
