@ramonortiz55 Thanks for all the effort thus far. Being I'm pursuing a dual battery mount, I'm not sure Northstar is the direction I want to go just yet so I'm going to gracefully bow out. Thanks again.

Not that I know of. I'm trying to get a battery for my Pelfreybilt battery cage, which fits 31M style

And 1150 CCA which is equal to north star. I just can't find any Diehards around me for at least 100 miles

May not want to, I believe Northstar is former guys from Odyssey.
I hear good things about this brand:

    YMMV: http://www.northstarbattery.com/northstar/engine/news.php

I'm not bowing out because of the quality of the battery, but what I have planned for the specific mounting. I'm currently overseas and really wouldn't be back in time to properly research the fitting/mounting to house 2 batteries. I'm just not gonna be that guy to hold up anyone else.

To be fair, if you look at the "As Tested" section, the Northstar was 4th in CA, 4th in CCA, and 4th in AH rating. I don't see that as them beating the competition. Just my thoughts.

I believe he was speak about the winch and radio test the guys conducted. Northstar won both of them...and actually crushed everyone on the winch test...89 feet more!! Wow...that's impressive!
