No problem, there is one on top (easy to see), one on the bottom, and a tensioner bolt to the right side of the bottom bolt. Loose the bottom bolt, but not all the way, loosen the tensioner bolt you can get the belt off, then remove the bottom and top bolts..

    Torque:
    Pivot Bolt (top): 51 N.m
    Lock Bolt (bottom): 18.5 N.M

Looks good. Love mine. I did the same mistake you did. They are upside down.:p
Rod goes down and the cylinder goes up.
    They will actually work better.

Its been a while since I did this but its the last thing I did before I left Germany.

I wanted to install some component speakers but didn't have the tweeter pods that I've seen others put into theirs from the 4runner. Well in Germany its not quite as easy to get ahold of some of these parts as it is here in the states and I honestly didn't really feel like waiting for them had I ordered them. So, since I like to try new things I decided that I would just make my own out of the factory sail panels and this was the pictures that I took of the process. Wish I would have taken more but I suffer from ADHD and when I take my meds I at times tend to get a bit to focused lol. Here are the pictures I have of the build with short description of what I had done. Hope y'all enjoy!

This was where I first remembered to start taking pictures. I cut some wooden dowels and used a hole saw to make a ring out of an old plastic container I had and after a lot of hot gluing and removing and gluing again to get the angles as close to the same as possible I took a sheet of fleece and wrapped some of it over the top of it trying to be careful not to crush the platform that I made. After that I used the hot glue gun to hold the fleece in place. Then I ruff trimmed the excess material off of the back and coated the fleece with fiberglass rosin then waited for it to dry.

I used some course sand paper to smooth out the rosin a little bit. Then started with the body filler to fill in the rest of what the sand paper didn't get rid of.

After a lot of sanding and adding more body filler and sanding some more I finally got them good and smooth.

I was after the kinda factory look so I used some textured paint and after I forget how many coats but it was a bunch because I wanted to make sure I got the look I was after. Turned out just the way I was wanting.

This was the final product after installation.

I am very happy with the way this turned out and feel that this ended up looking a lot better than what the 4runner pods would have looked.

Just an FYI... if you click on the photo links you'll see "share this photo" on the right hand side. If you copy the code to the right of "img" and paste it into your post, the images will show up embedded.

btw - sail panel tweeters look awesome.
