    A few things
I can only speak of the bumper I have and that is all pro. It's a great bumper and I highly recommend it. But what are your needs? Do you want more clearance, strength for off-roading, looks? You also have the option of aluminum to save some weight if that is a concern. I chose allpro because of a little extra clearence and durability offroad as well as the hidden hitch.

Heard back from the adjuster/insurance, about $5000 worth of damage!

I am going with Fab Four's Rear bumper.

    http://fabfours.com/product/premium-rear-bumper-11/

There is a truck shop near me that has them in stock and can have it to the collision shop by this Monday and the rest of the repairs done Dec. 15th.

If I had more time, I would have went with Pelfreybilt's bumper. Sadly, I saw a hints of snow and winter is coming fast!

I'll update everyone when I can!

    Thanks for all the input!

My rear bumper is from 4xinnovations. It wasn't compatible with my oem hitch but it does come with a rated hitch. Just another option :)

Woah man, we just met! Yeah, I stumbled across it today, a supplier near me had it in stock, so I got lucky. I'll get pics asap when it's done.

I would think it kinda defeats the purpose of getting the aftermarket WITHOUT the hidden hitch. By the time you you add the hitch back under the bumper, you gained no clearance, so why not just stay with stock bumper w/ factory hitch?

My stock bumper has too much plastic on it I want a beefier bumper. Unless a bumper uses the stock hitch mounts it will never be a class 3 hitch rating. The stock bumper mounts are not strong enough.

That's a pretty well thought out answer in my opinion.

I meant the factory bumper w/ factory hitch. Of course, if a person leaves the spare tire under the bed, getting a hitch mounted higher doesn't do any good either as the tire hangs down just as low.

I like how my factory hitch sets. It's not really low. I just wanted a all steel bumper with no plastic on it.
