Surprised LEO is finished up with that residence so quickly to allow public and media inside of an investigation site.

 

I was watching some of the media frenzy inside the apartment and saw for a brief second a woman who looked like she was holding a small dog on a leash..I thought to myself wtf, can anybody walk right in?

 

It's not like the residents are there to say leave...

I wonder if the property owner has the legal right to allow people into the apartment the way he did?

 

Once it's no longer a crime scene under controll of FBI or other LE authority, it's private property.

 

I guess that depends on landlord tenant law in Ca and from what I have read he has 100% pocession. California landlords must provide 24 hours’ notice of entry so,I guess if they are dead that my not apply?

I thought I heard the FBI spokesguru say that they turned the property back-over to the landlord since they had completed their investigation. They must have swarmed on that place like ants on a cricket!

I gotta admit. I would have assumed the FBI would have removed EVERYTHING from that home.

I heard on the radio that some media somewhere said that this woman was a "good mother" Can anyone tell me how leaving a 6 month old baby behind intentionally with no parents constitutes being a good mother?

 

Most media is jumping through their collective asses to paint this as anything but Islamic tertorism. And bending over backwards to paint the killers as not evil.
