    Brewed a Red IPA a few days ago. Bottling on monday.

    FYI the Speidel fermenter is bad ass! easy to clean and move without worrying about breaking glass.

    IT WAS FREAKING AMAZING!!! Seriously one the best stouts that I've ever had. Really nice cinnamon roll aftertaste!

    Need to go grab a couple more before they disappear!

    Highly recommend it!

    I found Ballast Point when I went on a trip to FL and maybe a year later I saw some in my TX grocery store, and I did a happy dance...right there in the beer aisle.
