    I really liked it when I played around with the welder! I like my Hobart but really really like this bad boy!

    Got home and messed with some settings on my welder and actually got it a little more dialed in to where I want it. Although not quite as nice as the Millermatic I used at work I'm very happy with my Hobart.

    I really struggle to lay a bead like that on mine. My good welds are like arrows not dime shaped like yours there.

    I really like the cursive E technique that I learned from welderstipsandtricks.com. Instead of going forward and back. You should try the cursive E technique.

    Hahaha most important thing is getting good penetration and making sure that thing is strong. I look for the metal turning different colors on the outsides of the welds and on the other side of the material haha, usually blue

    Thanks man! I don't really test them, I'm not a welder by trade haha. Just hobby for me, I have a fabricator friend who has told me he can tell me welds are strong even if they're not the prettiest sometimes haha. So I've kinda gone off that lol

    Also massaged (beat the hell out of) my pinch weld. Was hitting my tires a little. Finally took the time to smash them back! Hopefully no more rubby. Also gonna probably spray some flex seal in there to make sure all is good and sealed up
