I currently have 33x10.50s on my truck. Bought it this way and love the looks of it. But when I trip up to the WV mountains its a slug on the interstate and its a bit rough pulling my 14ft boat on flat land here in coastal SC. I'm wanting yalls opinion on either lifting the back 2 inches to match the 2in spacer lift on the front when I go to 31s here soon, or if I should take the coil spacers off the front and just go stock height with the 31s. Not wanting to regear. Thanks for any opinions and advice!

Go stock height... Take the spacers off. What did they do to the rear? Add-leaf or block? Take those off also. Then, see how the truck sits.

Stock 1st gens came with 31's.

Are those tires you have on 10 ply? You will notice a huge difference also going with P rated or Load Range C rather than E. Those BFG's are heavy tires.

I'd go with 32" rubber in a C rating. Lose the spacers.

    Nice truck by the way

Im pretty sure the rear is stock saggy springs. I know for sure there isnt any blocks. Just hoping that at stock height it doesnt take away from the look of the truck. but if it picks up a little extra power itll be worth it. Im not sure what ply the tires are. Sidewall says a total of 8 and its a C load range.

I was thinking about the 32s, but with them only coming in 11.50s i worry about them on the stock wheels. I know some people say run them low on pressure to make up for it but dont really want to mess with all that I need them to last a few years.

And thanks! Always been a Ford guy first and foremost. But I love these tacomas.

Thinking about running these tires. Anyone have any experience with them?

32-11.5-15s will fit no problem on those rims.
Regearing and a set of tires will be close in cost.

Depends on if you wana loose the big tire look.

Well, the tires are shot after two years. I didn't have it aligned when i bought it and they started to cup. Got it aligned but they continued to cup. So really itd be a set of tires and regearing from here.

Would I have to run the 32s on lower PSI since its a 7in wide wheel?

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Yep, I have Load Range E Cooper ST Maxx tires on my truck and even with the V6 I notice the weight pretty good. All Tacomas except TRD's came from the factory with P rated tires, those are basically minivan tires on steroids. Load Range C is definitely a good "in between" tire as they are a 6 ply which is more than enough for the average Tacoma's needs.

All Tacoma models come with P rated tires. TRD models are no different.

That is absolutely true. The 32 x 11.50's will fit on 5x7 rims...however..... Technically, the tires are too wide for that size rim. The reason people run a lower tire pressure is to ensure proper tire wear.

I ran 32 x11.50's BFG M/T's on my 96 tacoma for many years (15 years ago or so?). Not ideal for daily driving ....as it takes away slight gas mileage (if you're concerned about that). At that time, I was offroading with the truck just about every 2 weeks.....and was airing up/down each time. So, I didn't care about gas mileage or the air pressure (it was being checked constantly).

And not to mention... 15 years ago, some tire shops wouldn't install that size tire on that sized rim. I literally had to shop around.

I run those tires in the 30/9.5/15 size. I love them and they work very well in different conditions. One thing to keep in mind is the sizes seem to run a little small. I would highly recommend these tires.

    Good to know thanks.

So I guess ill be going with 31s and taking the spacer lift off the front.

Hope it doesnt change the look of the truck too much.
    Thanks for all the advice.
