Titanium anodizing and aluminum anodizing are completely different processes. Aluminum anodizing involves toxic chemicals and also needs dyes. That's why there are no commercial anodizing shops here in Hawaii anymore. Was too costly to properly dispose of the hazmat.
Titanium anodizing just uses soapy water and an electric current.

yea so... I also need a harness cap and back plate. The last owner fukd it up bad.

It looks like the trailer had come off the ball and possibly hit the bumper and then yanked the power harness off the original bracket, shattering the bracket and lid.

Now all I'm left with is the power plug and it's duct-taped to the frame so it doesn't flop around.

    Any links or ideas?

A Pelfreybilt rear bumper with hidden hitch will solve that problem...:)

I have one of these installed on my truck. Great Product.

I'm just wondering if anyone has successfully stuffed a 33" tire into their spare location with this bracket installed?

I think a few people have. I think they hit the back of the receiver before the relocation bracket. I would say it depends how you clearance the spare tire well.
