Rob! Yes! Thank you for your shovel work on that road, i knew I was forgetting someone in that earlier post. Busted your butt to help the others down.

No kidding on that long drive home. I think an overnighter somewhere would make it a much more manageable day. Especially for the lil ones. Great pics too!!

Here's my contribution for pictures, didn't really take many.

    Bundled up for warmth!!

Great to meet everyone! Thanks ffDawson for putting it together and doing a great job heard ing cats :)

That section before the peak is always sketchy in the snow. I should have known better! Took me a good 20 minutes to back/slide down about 75 yards. My wife would have never forgiven me if I had killed us all :) Glad everyone made it back ok.

More shit then I ever planned on doing
Thanks again @ffdawson for organizing this great event and definitely need to thank you and all the others that helped shovel to get me out of an ass puckering situation. Thanks to all behind me for being patient while I shuttle the kids out of the truck.

Smart idea shoveling out those steep ice sections. Myself and a couple others headed down first and it was super sketchy on the ice parts. I was just hoping the rest of the crew would make it down ok.

if you're looking for an aftermarket 6' drop bracket spindles, I would look into fabtach drop bracket spindles for the 07-09 FJ Cruiser, much more beefier.

Was a really long drive. Super happy @.45 JHP 's buddy was able to drive us back while we both nodded off (after 3 red bulls throughout the day)

WAZE routed us around that accident by 16th by taking 580 to 238 back to 880. We made it back to the south bay by around midnight. This is after pizza and beer by the Chevron. :D

@ffdawson had the idea once @Gply got side ways and was the 3rd truck sliding in the same spot. Once he said it, we got to work. Glad you made it back down safe. Your buddies kept looking for you on the CB and guess you turned up at the bottom by the lunch spot.

I was using google maps on the way back and it told me about the slow down exactly when I started to see the brake lights. Had I known ~5 minutes earlier, I would've just followed keak to 580 and did what you guys did

Can't wait to see the videos you guys got, especially the drone footage!
