In limbo waiting on ICON stage 4, weather tech mats, and RCI skid plate. I installed some decals, dropped in rear sliding window security bar, and relocated the front recovery so I can have a shackle there. Minor stuff.

Will those fit on a stock OR suspension or do you need a little lift so no rubbing?

 

I fluid filmed the crap out of everything. I used about 5 spray cans to get into the hard to reach places of the frame, suspension, and exposed bolts on the bed, and used a foam brush and the gallon of film to coat the differential and frame rails. Should be all set to take on our salty PA winter roads!

Sorry for my ignorance but is this just to prevent rust?

 

Yes it is solely to prevent rust. A lot of people get dealer installed undercoating here in the salt belt to try and prevent rust, but in my experience, it fails over time once it cracks and takes in water and keeps it there. This would tend to accelerate rust.

Fluid film is an "oil" that doesn't dry and creeps into and protects the metal. Most people coat at least once a year as it does wear off over time. The coating will attract dirt like nobody's business but that's ok in my book as long as it keeps my frame, suspension, and nuts and bolts rust free

 

It should fit. Here it is with my stock TRD Sport suspension. No rubbing at all. Not even on the air dam.

I need some opinions?

275/70/17 ko2's or 265/75/16 ko2's. I feel like with the 16" and a bigger sidewall the tire will look more agressive but i really like those 17" trd wheels.

 

They both look good, don't stress it.

 

Id say go with the trd rims and the 275 ko2's. But ko2's on 16's would be nice too. Just depends on how bad you want the trd rims @InfernoTaco
