Your neighbor's are a few inches from you, at least have some space here :D but I do agree it would be nice to have that view..
This is just the start of it too. They close the road to motor vehicles officially soon, snowmobiles only.

You can take that view all you want. Id much rather live in the mountains. I got to live right on the beach in San Diego for 6 months last year. It was cool for about a week then I really could have cared less about the view....it was the same every day for the most part. Parking sucked, traffic sucked, the noise where we lived was ok but nothing like a quiet mountain house!

The only cool part was the people watching. Did have some fun times drinking on our porch right next to the boardwalk!

When are they closing that road? Yeah it sucks having neighbors so close. We live next to a sorority house so I feel like a creeper just being in my house...

They close it once there's more snow. It's technically closed now but the locals still go up and the sheriffs just look away. One stopped and talked to us yesterday

haha the house we stayed at had a bunch of college girls right next to us. One house was like 4 Norwegian girls. In 6 months I think we spoke for a total of 2 minutes. We'd invite them over for BBQ's and stuff and they never would. The other house was a group of 3 or 4 girls. They were a bit more social but never came over when we offered. Mind you we would offer the random people walking by to come over and eat food. We had a bad habbit of BBQing up enough food for 10 people when there was 4 of us.

it was also awkward cause the house of 4 girls, one of their bedrooms was a big window right next to our garage. So we would come home and a couple times would go to close the garage door and she would be changing clothes right in front of us. Was just awkward

That is the worst... Haha it sounds like such a dumb thing to be negative about. We live upstairs and people across from us need to learn to close their blinds. Also I am very jealous that you had a garage. If I could trade the ocean for one thing, it would be a garage. I would love a place to do work on my truck. I get such weird looks working on it in a crowded parking lot.

Ours is bad because the girls that live there are stupid. It's finals week and they have been hiring DJ's to host parties the last few nights. Their speakers literally aim into my bedroom. Any other week, I get it, but this week I need sleep haha.

We well sort of had a garage. It was actually for the downstairs unit but we were friends with them (they were from WA too) and only had one car so they let us park out rental car in the garage. My truck wouldnt fit in the garage though lol. We had this small alley way to park my truck and my roommates car in. It was like 8" wider than my truck so it was interesting getting in and out!

I think that was my biggest complaint was space. I grew up on three acres and live on 3/4 of an acre. So dropping down to all of .05 of an acre (seemed that small) was hard

Yeah must suck. Can't imagine your pain.
What your need is a really nice BAR on wheels. They may not come over for BBQ, but they will for ET0H!
