Opinion: If you are up range from the trigger, too much ammo is not possible.

Walk around with 100 rounds of 308 in an AR10 and tell me its not impractical.

    20 is enough.

Heavy, yes. Cumbersome, likely. Practical? Maybe or maybe not. Depends on what we are doing and why we are doing it.
Or practicality - Not much practical about the .308 AR platform in general, but it is cool as hell and 100 rounds of .308 on tap is plain fun.

Anyone have any experience with the Hi-Lift Extreme jack? Going to get a hi lift and am considering options.

I like it but I don't have experience with the normal one to compare it to. I got it off of Amazon so the price was right. It's been weathered for about 2 years and still works like a champ. I got the 48" one with the plan of putting it in a rifle case to keep the weather off of it but never got around to it. I did soak it with WD40 corrosion resistant stuff too little silver can like $11 at Walmart. When I bought it, it was only 5 something worked great though and no greasy residue after a few days. I would recommend it if it's not MUCH more than the normal one. Still awesome quality. I recommend the handle keeper as well. Helps keep it from rattling so much as well as the monkey grips or whatever the rubber clamps are they don't lock though and being rubber could just be cut off so keep that in mind if you frequent a sketchy part of town picking up hookers ;)

So did my first oil change on the v6 myself, conclusion... I need to lose weight and lift the truck. Worming my way under the truck sucked but the oil change was easy as catching a std on Baltimore street once I remembered I had my vise grips in the tool bag in the truck, for the old filter lol.
