$50 CAD (basically Monopoly money at this point lol) was too good of a deal to pass on.

I did the "mudflap shortening mod" with a Dremel and some sand paper. Happy with how it looks. About 5 in off the front and 4 in off in back. Took about an hour or so. Ordered a bakflipG2 today. Can't wait till it arrives.

20151207_072957.jpg Just installed a dual weather proof 12 voltplugs in the back of the truck bed. They are always hot. I'll snap a picture in the daylight. Also installed a speaker for myPA system

Took the truck to Huntsville State Park for a nice relaxing weekend of hiking and canoeing. First road trip on my new wheels and tires (see my post above). Happy with the ride and no steering wheel shake. Below is a picture of our Teepee at our site. Its always a conversation starter when we're sitting around the fire.

Ended up going this way with plastidip. I like the way it looks. Gonna have to peel it off and do it with spray paint next. Talk about lots of tape for the prep work. These letters don't pop out like I had hoped they would.
And I think having it red with yellow backlighting is to much crap going on.... Gonna have to replace my backlighting to red instead of yellow.

I actually like it with just the letters painted. Match the color to the rest of the red and it'll be good.
    I'm indifferent to backlighting.

Very nice looking truck. Do you have any rubbing with the spacers?

It's funny you ask! I never had rubbing till now. My driver side mud flap rubs on a full crank turn backing up. Looks like minimal shaving will fix though.

Right now I am running 33 12.50 20 Atturo Blade MT, and 20x12 rims with 4" Maxtrac spindles and 2.5" bilstien shocks. I currently rub starting at almost full turn, and I am wanting to go up to a 35" tire to fill out more of my wheel well. I am stuck between a 295/65/20 nitto trail grappler or a 35/12.5/20 i know this will case me to rub more without cutting the cab mount or fenders (already have a little).

So I have the idea of purchasing the 2.5" Eibach lift coils to run with the maxtracs and bilstiens which I would run at .85" of lift(after Christmas)
Does anyone have any tips on what this would potentially do to the front end/ ideas on the tire size.

I have included a picture of my current setup and look forward to replies!

Thank you sir, and when I had windshield tint it was not bad at all. I've heard from other tacoma owners with light color trucks that it is a pain in the ass. I don't have many troubles unless my truck is dirty ( weird I know)
