Do you have the 1/4" top plate spacers on both sides? Or just one like the drivers side for lean?

Sweet thanks for letting me know! What OME Shocks are you running up front? And if you don't mind me asking, how are your CV angles?

No prob. Nitro Chargers. Don't remember the #'s

The angles are steep of course. I did the "boot slide mod" so the pleats don't rub on the inner CV boots.

I'll try to snap a pic for you if I don't forget...

Thanks! I'm putting 886's on my taco soon so I'm just curious about what my options are to help maintain that 3" lift with extra weight up front and to compensate for the drivers side lean

Honestly, with the 886's I'm not sure the trim packer is really needed. I only installed it because it came with the "kit" that I ordered. My truck actually sits a bit higher on the drivers side now. BUT, put my 230 lbs in the drivers seat, and that probably changes... :D

I also only have the recovery bar and winch up front. Add a plate bumper and armor to the equation, and things might change.

Any chance of taking a picture of the inside of your wheel wells to see what they did in there?

I am also curious for the original poster as well as myself and others later for anyone who has folded the seam over or reference links to the best cab mount cutting pictures/instructions incase people have to do it.

that looks like what I have right now and I am still touching. the offset of my wheel needed to be more positive and I had the room on the back side of the steering. oh well... cutting next week I think.

I swapped out my passenger side axle with a rebuilt CVJ earlier. While I was doing it, I remembered that I promised you a pic. So, here it is.

I got the 886s on the ome shocks, dakkars in the rear. Running a brute hybrid with a 9500lb winch, full skid kit and sliders.

After installing the skids and sliders recently I'm basically back to factory rake. Chopped the cab mounts this weekend to finally stop the brutal rubbing of my 285s.

Is there a problem running the 886s with those 1/4" spacers besides the limited travel? I have the 1" different drop so the cv's should be okay

OME 887's, my angles look like I almost have no lift, which I only have like 2"
