    Spotted a mag grey dcsb on the 5 south by san Clemente. Had a headache rack, a rear bumper that I couldn't tell which one. Also had a punisher sticker on the right rear window.

    You'll get ticketed and/or towed real quick if you don't have a parking permit. Easiest to just park on top of the structures which is last resort for everyone else.
